I woke up this morning at 6:00 a.m. feeling very weak. No upset tummy now, but terrible weakness. Without any guilt I decided that I'd not go for the walk today. Tomorrow is Saturday and I will compensate by walking 7 kms. each on Saturday and Sunday. Since I have had two days off in this week, I shall not take Sunday off.

Breakfast 8:50 a.m.: 4 small idlis with 2 tsp chatni and 1 big cup tea
Tea 10:40 a.m.: 1/2 cup tea
Lunch 1:00 p.m.: 2 chapatis, 1/2 bowl potato-onion dosa veg, 1/2 bowl assorted veg, 1/2 bowl daal, 4 slices cucumber
Tea 3:40 p.m.: 1/2 cup tea
Dinner 8:00 p.m.: 2 big idlis in sambar, 1 cup coffee
Slept at 11:30 p.m.
