The PoA (Plan of Action)

Well, there seems to be no (major) change as of now…my goals and PoA are roughly the same this time round too. Just that.. I have joined a gym and I have found gym buddies...yep, plural...buddIES :) and I may or may not record my exercise summary daily.

1)    Join a gym and go regularly.
a.    Find a gym-buddy – somebody who I already know and who will go to the gym with me so that I don’t feel lonely. We could be each other’s ‘appreciators’ and ‘kickers-in-the-butt’ :)
b.    Record my exercise summary daily

Read the first post to know why this point has been struck out.

So the new point number 1 reads as follows:

1)    Record my exercise summary daily

2)    No matter what, eat the last meal before 8 p.m. every single day…and
a.    Increase my water intake gradually
b.    Record my food intake daily

3)    Weigh myself every week and record it

4)    Follow the mantra “One step at a time”
