What am I going to do about it ?

Well, there seems to be no change in the above as of now…my goals and PoA are roughly the same this time round too.... Well, the Goal now reads 'Lose 20 kilos'...

Well, there seems to be no change as of now…my goals and PoA are roughly the same this time round too.

Goal:                    Lose 15-18 kilos
Time frame:       Approximately 6 months
Method:               Exercise 6 days a week & control food intake

Mountains in my path:

Daily exercise
Getting up early in the morning
Feeling lonely and lost or sometimes bored at the gym
Consistency

Food intake
Irregular dinner time
Very low water intake
I love fried stuff

Others
Sleeping late at night

I know I can make this change happen because:

Daily exercise
Once I get up, I am very active

Food intake
I don’t fancy sweets
I don’t eat large quantities of food
I don’t require mental effort to stay off any food for any period of time once I decide upon it

Potential dangers if this goal isn’t achieved:
Leg problems
Joint problems
Blood pressure
Diabetes


Incentives to make this work:
I will avoid health problems
I will be able to wear all kinds of clothes
I will look good (yes, yes, sounds vain, but it is important to me to come up to my standards for ‘looking good’)
