Today I had no problem getting up. This is definitely a first !
What I have discovered is that I find it difficult to get up and right away go for the walk or to the gym. So what I did yesterday as well as today was that I woke up early and cooked lunch first. So by the time that was done, I was wide awake or energized or whatever and felt like going for the walk.
Today I reached the park just a couple of minutes later than yesterday but it was much hotter. Nonetheless, I was feeling more energetic than yesterday. I had a good time walking.

Lunch 1:00 p.m.: 2 chapatis, 1/2 bowl green peas usal, 1/4 bowl kofta curry, 1/4 bowl assorted veg

Dinner 8:30 p.m.: 1 guava, 1/2 bowl Kellogs Special K with milk
Slept at 11:30 p.m.
