Today too the cute grandpa didn't come. I hope he is alright. Yesterday itself, after the morning walk, I had decided to walk 7 kms. on Saturday. Since Sunday is the rest day, even if the 7 kms. proved to be strenuous, I could recuperate on Sunday. Also, the mid-week basundi indulgence and last night's idli binge provided very good motivation :)

Lunch 1:00 p.m.: 2 chapatis, 1/2 bowl brinjal potato veg, 1 bowl tomato curd raita, 1 tsp onion-raw mango pickle
Dinner 6:30 p.m.: 8 small idlis with 3 tsp chatni and 1 big cup of tea
Dinner 6:30 p.m.: 8 small idlis with 3 tsp chatni and 1 big cup of tea
Slept at 12:00 midnight.
