Today I woke up late. So I exercised on the stepper at Baba's place in the evening.
Report Card:
Walked 5.16 kms. today on the stepper
Breakfast 9:00 a.m.: 6 small idlis with 1 tsp. of chatni
Lunch 1:00 p.m.: 2 chapatis, 1/2 bowl cabbage veg, 1/2 wat daal, 3 bowls basundi
Tea 5:30 p.m.: 1 cup tea
Dinner 9:00 p.m.: 1 chapati lined with a 1 egg omelette and stuffed with boiled chicken pieces.
Today being Dasara, I also ate 1 kaju katli slice at about 10:30 a.m.
Slept at 11:30 p.m.
I have strayed from the food control today. I must compensate somehow with more exercise in this week.
