Today the exercise seemed a bit heavier than usual. Nonetheless I did over 5 kms. as decided.

Breakfast 8:40 a.m.: 1 bowl Kelloggs Wheat Bran with milk
Lunch 2:30 p.m.: 1 onion uttappa, 1 tall glass mosambi juice
Dinner 7:45 p.m.: 1 big bowl daliya upama with tomato, onion and green peas
Slept from 9:45 p.m. to 10:10 p.m. and then at 12:30 a.m.
I wonder why I feel so sleepy so early on some days. Today I did the passport renewal document submission and felt very tired for the remainder of the day.
