I woke up at 6:30 a.m. without any trouble. It seems I need at least 7 hours of sleep each night.

Breakfast 8:30 a.m.: 1 bowl Kellogs chocos with milk
Lunch 1:00 p.m.: 2 chapatis, 1/2 bowl tomato onion veg, 1/2 bowl assorted veg, 1 bowl veg soup, 1/2 bowl daal, 1 bowl buttermilk, 4 slices cucumber
Tea 3:40 p.m.: 1 cup tea
Snacks 5:40 p.m.: 3 idlis with 1 tsp chatni
Dinner 9:00 p.m.: 1 guava
Slept at 11:30 p.m.

really? you survive on so little food? even with the decent amounts i eat, i feel so exhausted!!

You know, actually, I have not reduced my food intake at all. That is almost the exact quantity that I have been eating for years now. I really can't go without eating and principally, I don't like it. I have altered what I eat, not how much. I have a deep love for fried stuff :) I have stopped eating fried stuff, sweets (which is easy for me), rice and maida. I think my problem has always been no exercise and eating and sleeping irregularities.
