Today I was feeling particularly upbeat during the walk. I don't know why. Oh wait ! I lost another kilo...that's why :)

Lunch 1:00 p.m.: 2 chapatis, 1/2 bowl cabbage veg, 1/2 bowl assorted veg, 1/4 bowl daal, 1/2 bowl veg soup, 4 slices cucumber
Tea 3:45 p.m.: 1 cup tea
Dinner 8:30 p.m.: 1 chapati, 1/2 bowl cabbage veg, 1 guava
Slept at 12:00 midnight
The weather was magnificent. It was a bit cloudy. There was a pleasant cool breeze. It was such a pleasure to walk today.
